Return & Refund Policy

At Baseball6fifteen, all products are custom-made and designed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Proof Approval

Customers are provided with a proof prior to production.

• Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details (spelling, images, colors, etc.) before approving.

Order Accuracy

Once an order is approved and submitted into production, it is considered final.

Errors & Misprints

If an error or misprint occurs due to our mistake, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue. This may include:

• Reprinting the item, or
• Issuing store credit at our discretion

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• Any approved resolutions will be provided in the form of store credit only
